Nalura (nalura.health) is a health research and education membership service. We use AI to generate personalised research reports in response to member health questions.

Nalura is NOT a medical service. All content is for educational and informational purposes only. It does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a licensed healthcare provider before making any health decisions.

You must be 18 years or older to use Nalura. By creating an account you confirm that you meet this requirement.

• Membership is billed monthly. Your subscription renews automatically on your billing date.
• You may cancel at any time from your account Settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds are not issued for partial months unless required by applicable consumer protection law.
• Nalura reserves the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing members.

• Use Nalura for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
• Do not submit false information or attempt to misuse the service.
• Do not share your account credentials with others.
• Understand that Nalura's reports are for educational purposes only and do not replace professional medical care.

Nalura provides information for educational purposes only. We are not liable for any health decisions you make based on content generated by Nalura. You acknowledge that AI-generated research may contain errors or omissions, and that all health decisions should be made in consultation with a qualified healthcare provider.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nalura's liability is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding 3 months.

Reports generated by Nalura are for your personal use only. You may not redistribute, republish, or sell Nalura-generated content without written permission.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Nalura operates. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration where permitted by law.

We may update these terms periodically. We will notify active members by email 14 days before material changes take effect.
